No effect
I have chronic pancreatitis. After consuming an entire can of these enzymes, I can confidently say there was no result. The supplement proved entirely useless, as the dosage of enzymes appears to be negligible, resulting in no effect whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend it!

Improved lung health

Selenium in tablet form has a noticeable smell, which I find unpleasant on an empty stomach. I typically take it for two months followed by a break, and I don’t exceed 100 mg. I’ve noticed a significant benefit to my immunity as I haven’t caught any viral infections during its use. Subjectively, my hair growth seems better too. As a smoker, I find my lungs feel much improved during this period, and I experience no cough from the cold, dry winter air. I have also used it for someone with chronic pancreatitis and they appeared to improve as well. Different brands don't feel much different, and buying 180 tablets is quite economical.
